The Seal, intermediate Pilates exercise


The seal is an intermediate Pilates exercise.

Very playful, this movement allows to massage the spine, to strengthen the centre of the body, to soften the hips and the hip adductors. By rounding the back during the execution of the exercise, it makes it possible to correct a too pronounced lumbar camber. It is performed very gently, in a fluid rocking movement in order to control the movement.
