The philosophy of Joseph Pilates to which I adhere (which explains my choice for the Joseph Pilates method or Contrologie) is that of appropriating this method in order to be autonomous at home.

What does this method consist of:

- sculpts the body by refining the muscles,

- works in depth the muscles involved,

- sheathes the body thanks to the transverses (the most powerful abdominal muscles)

- relieves lumbar, back and neck pain,

- strengthens the scapular and pelvic girdles,

- increases hip and hamstring flexibility

- corrects the posture,

- learn to control your breathing (Pilates breathing is a ribbed breathing on the inhalation and abdominal breathing on the exhalation),

- better concentration and coordination of movements,

- better sleep and relaxation,

- provides the energy needed to perform daily tasks without fatigue.

 

Depending on each person, I define an adapted program so that each person can reach his or her goals.

1 - I define the exercises you need according to your anatomy, possible pathologies or any other parameter,

2 - These exercises in accordance with your profile will be studied in advance,

3 - The session will start with the fundamentals to warm up the scapular and pelvic belts,

4 - The session will continue with the Pilates exercises in order to appropriate them.
