Menopause is a part of life that sometimes requires challenges in a woman's life.

As a somatic technique, Pilates can help women during this complex period of their lives by offering them a specific programme a specific programme to help them cope with these changes and the symptoms associated with them.

This programme is based on strengthening (for bone health) of the deep muscles, cardiovascular work (for hormonal balance and to fight against weight gain), balance exercises but above all relaxation, stretching, relaxation and breathing exercises (to reduce stress by facilitating lymphatic drainage and reprogramming the nervous system).
