The Saw Level 1


Often, tight back muscles and chest immobility are related to similar tensions in the legs. The saw exercise opens the back and hips while stretching the hamstrings.

 

Targeted muscles - Biceps femoris - rectus femoris - rectus abdominis - rectus abdominis - Multifidus spinae - quadratus lumborum - Rhomboid.

 

Target - Oblique muscles - Neck stabilizers (Multifid spine)

 

Benefits - Increases the mobility of the bust - Increases the range of motion of the spinal column.

 

Not recommended if...

You have back pain that radiates to your legs.

 

Please visit

- Keep your shoulders low and relaxed.

 

Avoid

- To take the hips off the mat during the twisting movement.

- To draw the knees in during the forward stretch.
