HORSE BACK - LEVEL 5 (WUNDA CHAIR)


This exercise challenges control and coordination. Strengthens the abdominals and hip adductors.

There are 8 muscles involved:

- Shoulder stabilizers,

- Arm extensors and flexors,

- The Obliques,

- Hip flexors and adductors,

- Abdominal Recto

- The illiopsoas (Postural movement and balance - Hip flexors). 

The iliopsoas muscle (formerly the psoas iliacus muscle) is a muscle of the lower limb (or pelvis) belonging more precisely to the ventral muscles of the pelvic girdle.
