The practice of Tangram meditation teaches us to :
- Accept reality as it is and adapt to the situation whatever it is.
- It places us in front of our responsibilities.
- We no longer remain entangled in the past and become less concerned about our future.
- We become more confident in the present moment.
- We create with what we are and with what we have, in the perpetual change that is the course of our existence.
- We become aware, through the repetition of the posture and the meditative breathing, that we are responsible actors in our thoughts and actions.
- We understand in depth that the way we look at situations can make our lives a hell or a heaven and the more advanced will be beyond these opposites.
