Pilates for pregnant women


Through my training, I teach Plates Mat (floor) with the Swiss Ball and on the machines (Reformer and Wunda Chair) for pregnant women, prenatal and also postnatal.

With a medical certificate from your doctor, you can discover Pilates, a session for the mother-to-be and the baby. A very nice duo to fully enjoy your pregnancy.

Pilates works the abdominal and perineal muscles that weaken during pregnancy. This method significantly reduces painful or heavy sensations in the back and pelvis at the end of pregnancy. It relieves the aches and pains associated with early and late pregnancy.
