The percussive breath


This breathing is regular and deep during the inhalation and percussive (forced) during the exhalation.

You should be able to feel your abdominal muscles forcing air out of your lungs as you exhale; you may make a hissing sound (such as "shh, shh") as you exhale. This breath is usually used for exercise in the 100s.
