Online Pilates Course
Hello everyone!
Health is my main concern for all of you. Pilates is a method of strengthening your immune system.
In this period of confinement, it is important to take care of yourself. Sport is the best way!
The more you oxygenate your muscles, the more your cells regenerate and the better you are physically and mentally!
I offer Pilates Mat (floor) classes with or without equipment online at ZOOM.
You have 2 choices :
1 - Group lessons of 1 hour.
2 - 1 hour private lessons
The courses take place from Monday to Saturday in the late morning .
