During this period of confinement, I offer you Pilates exercises, one vacuum per exercise.
The 20 videos are the basics .
1- Be aware of the 6 principles:
- Breathing, concentration, centre, precision, fluidity and control.
2- Learn to stabilise either the pelvic or the shoulder girdle
The other 5 videos are the first 3 exercises of a Pilates Mat (floor) class with their modifications.
You will also find a video on the neutral position and the imprint position and one on Pilates breathing or Contrology.
