Trail de la Factrice - Pilates training for one of my clients


A very interesting experience! Training a client at the Trail de la Factrice!

For 3 months, my client trained with incredible energy and diligence!

I have put together a well-targeted programme to avoid sprains in both the ankle and the knee. Strengthening the Achilles heel. Also avoid cramps. 

I have focused on certain parts of the body.

We worked a lot on breathing in order to avoid the famous side stitch on the one hand and on the other hand to oxygenate our cells well in order to find more strength and endurance on the last kilometres!

The abdominal muscles have been strengthened - The thighs at the level of the quadriceps and the femoral rectus - The glutes as well - The shoulders and arms in order to run at a regular but fast pace at the level of the humeral joint - Stretching of the hamstrings and the calves, especially on the sun.

Strengthening of the lumbar vertebrae through Pilates deep abdominals.

Teamwork always in a good mood and with enthusiasm. Don't stay in your comfort zone! Challenge yourself!
