I offer Pilates Mat classes (on the floor) with small equipment to further strengthen arms and legs while gaining abdominal strength and flexibility.
Number number of participants 4.
- 1h/week = 4 lessons/month = 60€/month
- 2/week = 8 lessons/month = 80€/month
The timetable is :
- Mondays from 12.30 to 13.30
- Tuesdays from 2 to 3 pm and 3 to 4 pm
