Meditation & Pilates coach in Béziers

Carole Trier, dancer, student of Joseph Pilates

His first students start teaching

While Pilates was still alive, two of his students, Carola Trier and Bob Seed, opened their own studio. Carola Trier, a dancer, found her way to the United States by becoming a contortionist after fleeing a Nazi detention camp in France. She found Joseph Pilates in1940, when an injury prevented her from continuing her career. Pilates helped Trier open her own studio in the late 1950s. Joseph and Clara remained close friends of Trier until their deaths.

As many dancers, models and actresses have found, Pilates is the ideal discipline for those who wish to enjoy the benefits of ballet without having the time, energy or resistance to pain, which is all the more difficult to manage because it must be completely invisible to the spectator.
The method quickly adopted by the dancers of the prestigious New York City Ballet, in fact, allow the same objectives to be aimed at and achieved:

✅along neck,

✅a slim and supple silhouette,

✅an assured approach,

✅a firm abdominal belt,

✅long and discreet muscles.....

Thanks to Pilates,
